I understand this event is being produced by Band Into Real, a satellite community of COR, and release COR and Band Into Real and its agents and associates from any and all liabilities.

I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that BIR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Band Into Real reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I understand that I must arrive to the workshop no later than 6:30 pm on Thursday night or I forfeit my participation in the entire workshop and do not receive a refund or transfer.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.
